We are looking for a Co-Founder with strong experience in the leather manufacturing ecosystem —someone who understands sourcing, quality, and vendor relationships deeply. 🔎 What We’re Looking For Experience working with leather product manufacturers , tanneries , and sourcing partners Strong understanding of leather quality , grades, and production processes Ability to identify and collaborate with reliable manufacturers and artisans Existing industry connections is a big plus Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a brand from scratch 💼 Role Responsibilities Lead sourcing of high-quality leather Manage production, sampling, and supplier relationships Support product development and brand expansion Contribute to overall strategy for India & Middle East markets 💰 Compensation Fixed salary begins after revenue generation Equity/profit-sharing can be discussed mutually
