Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder position located in Kochi. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, overseeing marketing and branding projects, building client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the team to craft innovative marketing and branding campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the agency's continuous growth. The role involves active participation in decision-making to steer the organization towards achieving its mission and objectives.
