Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Altruism Casa, located in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder will collaborate on strategic decision-making, manage daily operational activities, and develop key business plans. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, setting organizational goals, and leading diverse teams to accomplish company objectives. Additionally, the Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve the organization’s vision.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective internal and external interactions
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue
• Experience in conducting comprehensive Research to identify trends and innovative opportunities
• Proven leadership qualities, entrepreneurial mindset, and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to inspire and manage teams in a collaborative manner
• Previous experience in establishing or scaling a business venture is a plus
