Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Co-Founder at D for Doubts. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in shaping the company's vision, strategies, and goals. Responsibilities include developing and driving growth strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and fostering a culture of innovation. The Co-Founder will oversee operations and contribute to key decisions regarding marketing, sales, and other organizational functions to ensure the company's success and impact.

• Proficiency in conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to guide decision-making and strategy development.
• Visionary leadership and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to align teams toward a common goal.
• A passion for education, innovation, and creating opportunities for learners and educators.
• Proven experience in launching or scaling startups or relevant domains is an advantage.
• Set the company's strategic direction, leading executive teams, and overseeing operations to achieve long-term goals. They are responsible for making high-level decisions, managing finances, building company culture, and acting as the main liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including the board of directors and the public

Key responsibilities

• Oversees and implements strategies for both short-term and long-term growth.

• Leadership and management:

• Leads and manages the executive team.
• Builds and maintains a strong leadership team and professional staff.
• Fosters the company's culture and develops employees.

• Financial management:

• Manages the company's financial health, including creating budgets and overseeing financial performance.
• Makes critical decisions about investments and resource allocation.

• Stakeholder communication:

• Acts as the primary link between the board of directors and the company's employees.
• Represents the company to the public, media, clients, and investors.

• Operational oversight:

• Monitors and evaluates the performance of managers and staff.
• Ensures the company's operations align with its mission and goals.
• Identifies and minimizes risks to the business.
