Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Bookizo. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in developing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the company vision forward. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing sales and marketing efforts, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the growth of the business. The role is based in Udaipur, with the flexibility of remote work for certain tasks. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships Sales and Marketing expertise to drive growth and expand the company's reach Excellent Research abilities to understand market trends, competition, and customer needs Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to strategic decision-making Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment Previous experience in founding or scaling a business is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
