About the Role

Doodhvale Farms is seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition, digital growth, and brand building initiatives across multiple channels. This leadership role demands a combination of performance marketing expertise, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision-making to scale campaigns, optimize ROI, and strengthen Doodhvale’s presence in the D2C ecosystem.

The role offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end marketing strategies, mentor high-performing teams, and make a measurable impact on business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Stores, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies including acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and content teams to design and deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize CAC, maximize ROI, and scale campaigns effectively.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and campaign reporting to ensure efficiency and impact.
  • Drive brand building initiatives through storytelling, influencer partnerships, and content-led campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior performance marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, ownership, and growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and D2C growth.


Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, App Marketing, Retargeting, Prospecting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in brand management, storytelling, and building digital presence.
  • Leadership and team management experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to scale campaigns sustainably while optimizing ROI, CAC, and AOV.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or related roles, preferably in D2C or consumer-facing brands.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and brand impact.
  • Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale campaigns.
  • MBA or equivalent in Marketing or related field preferred.
