Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead
end-to-end paid marketing strategy
across Meta, Google & multi-channel platforms.
Manage acquisition, retargeting, scaling & retention funnels for multiple D2C brands.
Guide the team on
best practices
, campaign structures, audience strategy & optimisation.
Oversee
creative strategy
briefing content teams, testing hooks, angles, ad formats.
Build and maintain
performance dashboards
, insights, forecasts & growth roadmaps.
Conduct
A/B tests
, funnel experiments and scaling frameworks.
Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, ATC, CPR and all KPI outcomes.
Work closely with founders & brand managers to align performance direction.
Mentor junior performance marketers and improve team capability.

Preferred candidate profile

56 years of hands-on experience in
Meta Ads
&
Google Ads
(mandatory).
Demonstrated success in scaling
D2C e-commerce brands
.
Ability to plan quarterly performance strategies & budget allocations.
Strong analytical mind able to interpret data, diagnose issues & propose solutions.
Understanding of
creative strategy
, influencer-performance loops & content funnels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, server-side tracking, automation, and CRO.
