What you will own

• Full paid acquisition funnel: Meta, Google, YouTube, and any channel that can profitably scale
• Daily performance: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, cost per lead, cost per subscriber
• Creative testing engine: briefs, hypotheses, test plans, winning-ad libraries
• Landing pages: messaging, layouts, A/B tests with CRO support
• Budget: allocation, pacing, and scale decisions based on numbers, not narratives
• Reporting: weekly performance dashboards and simple, sharp summaries for founders

What you must already have done

• 3–6 years in hands-on performance marketing, including direct responsibility for revenue or subscriptions
• Proven history of managing

  ₹5–20 lakh+ / month

  in ad spend with clear ROAS/CAC targets
• Deep experience with

  Meta Ads + Google Ads

  for lead-gen or subscription models
• Ability to explain funnel shifts with numbers, not intuition
• Experience working with copy, design, video, and CRO teams
