Job Description: As a Performance Marketing Lead at our company, your primary goal is to tackle a crucial marketing challenge we are facing, which is effectively scaling budgets across all product categories. While our seasonal sale pages like Diwali Specials and New Year Collections have shown good performance, we are encountering difficulties in maintaining consistent sales in specific categories such as necklaces, bracelets, and rings, even when running performance ads collectively for each category. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on various platforms like Meta, Google, and other digital channels. - Scale budgets and improve performance across all product categories while maintaining controlled Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and enhancing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). - Identify and transform underperforming categories into reliable revenue generators. - Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to streamline campaign efficiency. - Regularly monitor key metrics, analyze outcomes, and provide performance insights in reports. Qualifications: - A Master's degree in Marketing and Business is mandatory. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or e-commerce. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Proven experience in managing advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, and other major channels.
