Our mission is to blend personalisation, technology, and craftsmanship to redefine how jewellery is bought, gifted, and experienced. Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed CRM Specialist to own and scale our retention marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building automated customer journeys, managing lifecycle campaigns, and ensuring a consistent and personalised experience across all touch points—from onboarding to post-purchase to reactivation.
