The ideal candidate will be self-driven, and capable of generating sales in a complex market. Expected to make 100-150 calls/day and consistently achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Drive international B2C outbound sales (Australian process). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate effectively and influence customer decisions. Work independently while being a collaborative team player. Role Requirements 1-3 years of international outbound sales/collections (B2C) experience - US/ UK/AU/ Canada markets. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. Understanding of financial markets (preferred). Fast learner with a passion for sales. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure. Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
