Role Overview: As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies to align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as design, product, and sales will be crucial to ensure that marketing efforts are in line with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend actionable improvements. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement through data analysis. - Continuously assist brands in optimizing landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to enhance conversion rates and customer acquisition. - Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while achieving desired results. - Prioritize customer delight and aim for the highest form of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing. - Preferred experience in the Ecommerce Industry. - Prior experience in handling a monthly budget of a minimum of 20 lacs. - A good understanding of the principles and workings of paid ads. - A creative mindset, capable of contributing new ideas and overcoming challenges. - Proficiency in articulating ideas clearly and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders. - Strong expertise in Excel and analytical skills. (Note: The salary range for this position is Rs 8-9 LPA.)
