What Youll Do

• Write high-converting ad copy for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital formats
• Lead UGC-style ad production from script to shoot to final delivery
• Collaborate with creators and influencers to deliver authentic, engaging content
• Optimize creatives for CTR, engagement, and conversions
• Work with performance marketing teams to align creative with campaign objectives
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and content formats in FMCG

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years in digital brand marketing, creative strategy, or content production (agency/FMCG experience preferred)
• Proven experience with Instagram and YouTube ads
• Strong copywriting skills and understanding of short-form content hooks
• Hands-on experience with influencer collaborations and creator-led campaigns
• Fast learner with a high sense of ownership and attention to detail
