Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies, positioning, and messaging frameworks for clients.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to translate strategies into creative executions.
• Build campaign plans, brand calendars, and communication guidelines.
• Audit and refine ongoing campaigns to maintain strategic alignment and consistency.
• Perform light

  quality checks (QC)

  on key deliverables ensuring brand tone, design, and content are consistent with strategy.
• Participate in client presentations, pitches, and brand review sessions.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer psychology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think conceptually while staying detail-oriented.
• Basic understanding of QC parameters attention to tone, grammar, layout, and visual consistency.
• Prior experience in an agency setup is preferred.
