Social Media Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing brand presence across various platforms. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement monthly social media strategies tailored to each platform. Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visual and written content. Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to ensure innovative content. Manage community engagement—responding to DMs, comments, and mentions promptly and professionally. Coordinate with clients or internal teams for approvals and feedback loops. Execute paid campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing teams (if required). Handle influencer outreach or UGC strategies to boost brand visibility. Skills Required: Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling. Good knowledge of Canva, basic video editing tools, and scheduling platforms. Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics tools. Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/accounts efficiently. Strong sense of ownership and time management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management.
