Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is passionate about digital platforms and content creation. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and basic community management.

Content Planning and Creation

• Collaborate with designers and video editors to create posts, reels, and stories.
• Assist in content calendar planning and campaign execution.
• Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to each platform.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and other key metrics.
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights.
• Learn to optimize content based on performance data.

Collaboration and Learning

• Work closely with SEO, branding, performance marketing, and web teams.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy discussions.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Required

• Basic understanding of major social media platforms.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills.
• Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Experience with social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or short-form video content.
