Position: React Developer

Job Description

Location: Work from Office Department: Development Reports To: Lead Developer / Project Manager About the Role We’re looking for a passionate React Developer with 1–4 years of experience in building modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver clean, maintainable, and reusable code, making sure our applications provide an excellent user experience. Responsibilities -Build and maintain React.js components and applications. -Translate design mockups and specifications into clean, optimized, and well-structured code. -Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend services. -Maintain state across applications using Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries. -Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of applications. -Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues. -Participate in code reviews and team discussions to maintain quality and best practices. -Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React and frontend development. Requirements -1–4 years of experience working with React.js and its core principles. -Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. -Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar). -Understanding of asynchronous programming and REST APIs. -Experience using Git for version control and collaboration.Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimisation. -Good problem-solving, debugging, and testing abilities. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Nice-to-Have Skills -Experience with TypeScript for typed React applications. -Knowledge of Next.js or other React frameworks. -Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. -Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. -Understanding of build and deployment pipelines.
