We’re looking for a Dairy Production Manager (Dairy Technologist) who can help scale and strengthen the production processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and processing of milk and a growing range of value-added dairy products such as curd, paneer, ghee, khoya, butter, flavored milk, lassi, chaach, etc.
• Lead the implementation of SOPs and QA protocols, ensuring compliance with FSSAI, ISO, US FDA, and NABL standards.
• Monitor and maintain the quality, freshness, and consistency of all dairy products through regular testing and audits.
• Supervise and improve processing methods such as pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, and packaging.
• Drive new product development (NPD) initiatives in dairy and allied categories based on market trends and consumer insights.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage inventory and resource planning to support production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• 5-10 years of experience in dairy production management
• Must be located in commutable distance to Sonipat, Haryana
