Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Produce brand videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and product explainers.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to understand the brand tone and messaging.
• Maintain an organized media library and archive of raw footage and edited files.
• Ensure timely delivery of edits while maintaining a high-quality output.
• Optimize video formats for different platforms (landscape, portrait, square).
• Stay updated with trends in social media video content, editing techniques, and tools.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2-5 years of proven experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio syncing.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience in photography, animation, or graphic design.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with rural storytelling or farm-based visual content.
• Passion for sustainability, agriculture, or clean food brands.
• Ability to shoot videos using DSLRs or mobile setups if required.
