Job Description

Role Summary

The Specialist will be a cornerstone of our HR department, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This hands-on role is responsible for the administration of our HR Management System (HRMS), accurate payroll processing, and generating critical business intelligence through MIS reports and dashboards. A strong focus on compliance and process efficiency is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • HRMS & Payroll Management:

    Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all statutory regulations. Administer and optimize the HRMS to maintain clean and accurate employee data.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    Own and execute all processes for

    Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML)

    , including seamless onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding procedures.
  • Data Reporting & Analytics:

    Develop and maintain

    MIS reports and dashboards

    to provide senior leadership with actionable insights on workforce metrics, trends, and compliance.
  • Compliance & Audit:

    Ensure all HR and payroll processes are in full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices. Participate in internal and external audits as required.
  • Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Partner with the finance, legal, and other HR teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and a cohesive approach to people management.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years

    of progressive experience in HR Operations and Payroll, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end processes.
  • Deep expertise in managing HRMS platforms and payroll systems.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create impactful reports and dashboards.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity.


We are looking for immediate joiners. The role offers a budget upto 10 LPA and is a work-from-office position based in Noida, 5 days a week.
