About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA freshers to join our Sales & Business Development team as Lead Generation Interns (SDRs). This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building giving you a strong foundation for a future career in sales or business development. Role & responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, CRM tools, etc.) Initiate outbound outreach to prospective clients and schedule introductory meetings/demos. Understand the product/service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with senior SDRs and sales managers to develop outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Provide feedback from prospects to support continuous product and messaging improvement. Preferred Candidate Profile MBA fresher or currently pursuing an MBA (preferably in Marketing, Sales, or related fields). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn and a proactive, go-getter attitude. Comfortable with cold outreach and working in a target-driven environment. Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
