The role demands expertise in registrations, audits, inspections, and multi-state client coordination. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishments , and Factories Act across diverse client locations. Manage all PF & ESI compliance activities including employee data validation, wage reconciliation, UAN management, contribution tracking, timely filings, and audits/inspections. Oversee Professional Tax (PT) compliance : registrations, renewals, deductions, deposits, and communication with tax authorities. Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) registrations, contributions, and reporting as per state laws. Administer factory compliance : license management, statutory record maintenance, coordination with Safety/EHS/HR for trainings and welfare, and government inspections. Lead POSH compliance by constituting Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs), conducting training, managing complaint resolution confidentially, and preparing reports. Manage Shops & Establishments compliance : license registrations/renewals, adherence to work hour and leave policies, and record maintenance.
