Job Description

Role Summary:

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Executive – Compliance to manage end-to-end statutory compliance across labour laws, factory regulations, POSH, and social security statutes (PF, ESI, PT, LWF). The role demands expertise in registrations, audits, inspections, and multi-state client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, and Factories Act across diverse client locations.
  • Manage all PF & ESI compliance activities including employee data validation, wage reconciliation, UAN management, contribution tracking, timely filings, and audits/inspections.
  • Oversee Professional Tax (PT) compliance: registrations, renewals, deductions, deposits, and communication with tax authorities.
  • Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) registrations, contributions, and reporting as per state laws.
  • Administer factory compliance: license management, statutory record maintenance, coordination with Safety/EHS/HR for trainings and welfare, and government inspections.
  • Lead POSH compliance by constituting Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs), conducting training, managing complaint resolution confidentially, and preparing reports.
  • Manage Shops & Establishments compliance: license registrations/renewals, adherence to work hour and leave policies, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain compliance trackers, statutory registers, and prepare MIS reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Liaise with government bodies, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth compliance workflows.
  • Support audits and coordinate contractor/vendor compliance documentation.
