Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive / Sr. Executive to manage statutory obligations, labor law compliance, license renewals, legal coordination, and workplace ethics policies.Candidate should have experience in HR compliance / Should able to do independently in Filing the Monthly / Qtrly / Half/ Yearly return of Shop & Estd Act . Knowledge on Factories Act/ Sound knowledge in Registration of CLRA, BOCW, PT, LWF
Knowledge of compliance software or tools (SAP HR, GreytHR, etc.)
Experience in handling audits or dealing with labor authorities. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Ethical, self-driven, and committed to legal integrity.
