The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of labor legislation, a proactive approach toward compliance, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of compliance software or tools (SAP HR, GreytHR, etc.) Experience in handling audits or dealing with labor authorities. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Ethical, self-driven, and committed to legal integrity.
