Job Description

The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Regulatory & Change Management Governance (RCMG) group oversees the execution of the Program Management for the Office of Legal Obligation (OLO) firmwide initiative. This program involves collaboration among Legal, Lines of Business (LOBs), Oversight & Control, Compliance, Risk, and other key functions to proactively manage regulatory changes. The goal is to ensure compliance by establishing connections between laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies, procedures, customer disclosures, and systems. As a Business Analyst within the Regulatory and Change Manager Governance team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that legal obligations, regulatory events, disclosures, and other related items concerning sustainment processes are maintained within Service Level Agreements (SLA). Accuracy in actions taken on internal applications is crucial. Additionally, you will be involved in data analysis, generating insights, and creating dashboards for various teams and stakeholders. Active collaboration with team members and stakeholders to accomplish tasks will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the RCMG team to support obligation mapping, sustainment, REN assessment, disclosures review, and related activities. - Manage requirements, priorities, and deadlines to ensure timely deliverables. - Proactively identify and address obstacles/challenges that may affect milestone completion; escalate issues as needed. - Contribute to management information production, including performance metrics, service level adherence, and scorecards. - Acquire in-depth knowledge of operating models and systems (Enterprise Library Application (ELA) and Controls Change Manager (CCM)) to enhance legal obligation sustainment and disclosures models continuously. - Execute sustainment activities such as monitoring re-drafted obligations and change requests for impacts on CCB. - Participate in User Acceptance testing for ELA and CCM. - Maintain production reports, Alteryx workflows, and Tableau dashboards; explore automation opportunities for manual reports. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues. - Ability to communicate complex issues concisely and effectively across all levels. - Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, tight deadlines, and unexpected requirements. - Proficient in collaborative environments with strong interpersonal skills. - Technical proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables, charts, vlookups, and embedded queries). - Experience in data analytics, including mining and analyzing large datasets to drive decisions. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Background in Risk Management, Controls, Compliance, and/or Audit. - Familiarity with CORE, Enterprise Library Application, and/or Controls Change Manager. - Knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.,
