IRD Product & Operations Process Automation Associate

As an Associate in our IRD Automation Team, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into innovative solutions. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing business needs, translating requirements into process improvements, and building automation solutions using various languages and tools such as UiPath, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, .Net, SQL, and SharePoint. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the development and delivery lifecycle, ensuring operational effectiveness and addressing strategic solution gaps. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and designing Intelligent Automation solutions using various languages and development tools - Providing recommendations on development feasibility, technology, and effort required - Owning end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of automated solutions - Collaborating and coordinating engagement with stakeholders throughout the development and delivery lifecycle - Preparing process and end-user documentation for developed solutions and providing necessary support - Delivering productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency through automated solutions - Demonstrating leadership and driving innovation by managing medium to large projects successfully - Reporting/escalating potential issues in a timely manner and tracking the status of assigned Intelligent Automation projects - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a self-learning attitude to enhance knowledge on latest technologies and industry best practices To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using technologies like UiPath, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, .Net, SQL, and SharePoint - Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer, particularly with UiPath - Strong hands-on experience in developing and testing automation code - Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert within Robotic Process Automation Development, especially with UiPath - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills - Capability to recommend innovative solutions to existing processes Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or higher degree and an elevated understanding of business analysis, design, testing, and deployment processes.,
