Inside Sales Representative We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Represent NetGains to the customer Onboard, support, and interface with MicroStrategy Cloud Environment (MCE) customers Collaborate with customers and internal resources to upgrade, migrate, operate, and grow customers on the MCE platform Promote an environment where all employees understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are accountable for customer growth Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects. Continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered Professionally document meetings, requirements, plans, schedules, and incidents as necessary to drive 'next steps' and to keep stakeholders informed Create processes and policies that work toward continually improving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and employee morale Assess customer requirements to ensure customer environments are appropriately sized to their business needs Provide periodic customer status summaries, and project progress reports to management Assume additional responsibilities as directed by management Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities: Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Inside Sales Representative Requirements: Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent phone and cold calling skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong listening and sales skills. Ability to achieve targets.

Configure and optimize web servers, Log servers, Database servers, VMs Configure and Optimize Mail Servers/SMTP servers/Plesk Servers Incident analysis/RCAs/troubleshooting and identification of permanent resolutions Liaison with internal teams and resolve issues with RCA and ticket.
