Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to spearhead our strategic alliances with Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and Electric Vehicle manufacturers. This role is crucial to expanding RangeNow's charging network and establishing our platform as the go-to solution for EV charging infrastructure integration. You will not only integrate CPOs onto our platform but also champion their growth by identifying and facilitating new charger installation opportunities with businesses. You will be the bridge between technology and business, building relationships that drive the entire EV ecosystem forward.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard Charge Point Operators (CPOs) to integrate their charging infrastructure onto the RangeNow platform
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with EV manufacturing companies for collaborative opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations
- Negotiate and execute MoUs, partnership agreements, commercial terms, and technical integration requirements
- Create partnership proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential partners
CPO Growth Enablement
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities for CPO partners to expand their charging infrastructure
- Connect CPOs with commercial properties, businesses, retail chains, and real estate developers for charger installation opportunities
- Create and present business cases to property owners and businesses on the benefits of hosting EV charging infrastructure
- Support CPOs in expanding their network footprint while strengthening their partnership with RangeNow
Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with CPOs to understand their technical infrastructure and integration requirements
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth API integrations and platform compatibility
- Coordinate technical documentation and integration specifications between partners and our engineering team
- Troubleshoot partnership-related technical challenges and ensure timely resolution
Business Development
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new partnerships and installation opportunities
- Build relationships with commercial real estate players, corporate businesses, and property management companies for charger deployment
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing partnerships
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, installation pipeline, and deployment KPIs
- Represent RangeNow at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Stay updated on EV industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Maintain a pipeline of potential charger host locations and facilitate connections with appropriate CPO partners
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organisations
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership pipeline, progress, and performance
- Manage partner onboarding process and ensure successful platform integration
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
- 2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales or strategic alliances
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in the EV infra, automotive, energy, real estate, or technology sectors is highly desirable
- Track record of B2B sales or business development with property owners or commercial establishments is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of B2B partnership dynamics and technical integration processes
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in connecting different market players to create win-win business scenarios
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience in partnership metrics and ROI analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and partnership management platforms
- Understanding of commercial real estate and corporate decision-making processes for infrastructure investments

- Knowledge of Indian EV policies, regulations, and charging infrastructure guidelines
