Job Description

As a School Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell to schools and bring them onboard. You will be tasked with tying up with schools and onboarding them to offer the company's plan to the parents in the school. Stakeholder management in schools is crucial, as you will enable the company to liaise with the schools for various activities such as meeting parents, organizing events, and more. Building a strong relationship with school management and principals will be key, ensuring you are their first point of contact for anything related to finances. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a high-quality sales team and leading it in the city. We are looking for a self-starter with a high sense of ownership who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and can drive sales independently. The ideal candidate should have the ability to conduct standalone meetings with school management and drive closures effectively. A hunger for learning and growth, along with a passion to succeed, is essential. A bias for action, the ability to hustle, intellectual honesty, and a mission-oriented mindset are qualities we value in our team members. Desired qualifications for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to be actively engaged in field sales. While relevant experience in selling to schools is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement.
