Position Overview

IT/B2B Meta Ads Specialist Consultant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated Meta advertising strategies for our IT and technology clients, with a focus on lead generation, account-based marketing, and complex B2B attribution models.


Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Campaign Development
  • Develop comprehensive Meta advertising strategies

    for B2B IT clients across various sectors (SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, managed services)
  • Create detailed campaign architectures

    optimized for complex B2B sales funnels and long decision cycles
  • Design account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns

    using Meta's advanced targeting capabilities
  • Establish KPI frameworks

    aligned with B2B objectives (SQLs, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value)
  • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis

    within the IT and technology advertising landscape
Technical Implementation & Management
  • Set up and configure Meta Business Manager

    accounts with proper compliance and security protocols
  • Implement advanced Facebook Pixel and Conversions API

    setups for B2B attribution tracking
  • Design custom event tracking

    for complex B2B customer journeys (demo requests, trial signups, consultation bookings)
  • Configure cross-domain tracking

    for multi-step B2B sales processes
  • Optimize Event Match Quality (EMQ)

    scores through proper data collection and formatting
  • Integrate Meta advertising data

    with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) for comprehensive attribution
Campaign Optimization & Performance Management
  • Execute systematic optimization strategies

    including audience testing, creative refresh cycles, and bid management
  • Implement advanced targeting methodologies

    including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and Advantage+ features
  • Conduct statistical analysis

    of campaign performance with focus on B2B metrics and incrementality
  • Optimize for complex attribution models

    accounting for offline conversions and multi-touch attribution
  • Manage campaign learning phases

    and troubleshoot delivery issues specific to B2B targeting
Client Relationship & Reporting
  • Serve as primary point of contact

    for Meta advertising strategy with assigned clients
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews

    and strategic optimization sessions
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports

    with actionable insights and growth recommendations
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations

    to C-level executives and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with client sales teams

    to align advertising efforts with sales objectives and pipeline goals
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer

    to client internal marketing teams
Compliance & Industry Expertise
  • Ensure compliance

    with Meta advertising policies for B2B and technology advertising
  • Navigate special advertising categories

    for financial services, healthcare IT, and regulated industries
  • Implement GDPR and data privacy compliance

    measures in campaign setup and data collection
  • Stay current with industry regulations

    affecting B2B technology advertising and lead generation
Required QualificationsProfessional Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Meta advertising experience

    with demonstrated expertise in campaign management and optimization
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience

    in IT, SaaS, or technology industries

  • Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns

    achieving cost-per-lead targets and lead quality metrics
  • Portfolio of successful B2B Meta campaigns

    with documented performance improvements and case studies
Technical Expertise
  • Expert-level proficiency

    in Meta Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram advertising
  • Advanced knowledge

    of Facebook Pixel implementation, Conversions API setup, and attribution modeling
  • Experience with Marketing APIs

    and automation tools for campaign management and reporting
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms

    : Google Analytics 4, Meta Analytics, and third-party attribution tools
  • CRM integration experience
