• Collaborate with founders and function heads to align people strategy with business goals
• Own all things 

  HR compliance, payroll input, and internal operations

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in 

  HR, People Ops, or Talent Management

  , preferably in a 

  tech/startup environment

• Experience working across 

  technical and creative teams

• Great emotional intelligence, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset
• Hands-on with 

  ATS platforms

  , performance reviews, and HR tech tools
• Ability to lead independently while also being collaborative and hands-on
• Bonus: Background in employer branding or internal L&D initiatives
