Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline the operational, client coordination, and delivery processes across all Edugenius programs. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in EdTech operations and understands both product and academic delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership & Process ManagementLead and manage day-to-day operations for all EdTech platforms, courses, and services.
Develop, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
Manage cross-functional execution by coordinating with product, tech, academic, and delivery teams.
Oversee project milestones, daily workflows, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Drive operational efficiency through process audits and workflow optimizations.
2. Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for client schools, educators, and partners.
Lead onboarding of new clients including platform setup, product demos, and training sessions.
Build strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication with internal teams.
Understand, document, and communicate client requirements to enhance delivery outcomes.
3. Data Governance & ReportingSupervise data management, dashboard maintenance, and operational MIS systems.
Track key metrics including user engagement, student enrollments, content deployment, and platform usage.
Present weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to leadership.
Use analytics to drive decisions and operational improvements.
4. Quality Assurance & Issue ManagementMonitor product, content, and platform performance to ensure high-quality delivery.
Identify operational or technical issues and coordinate resolution with tech/QA teams.
Conduct periodic quality checks across LMS, dashboards, digital labs, and live classes.
Define quality benchmarks and ensure compliance across all operational teams.
5. Vendor & Resource ManagementCoordinate with external vendors including trainers, content creators, LMS providers, and support teams.
Oversee digital resource inventory, licenses, and tool management.
Assist in procurement of software tools, platforms, and operational services.
6. Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport the sales team with pre-sales documentation, product demos, and operational insights.
Work with marketing teams for campaign execution, content rollout, and student onboarding activities.
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, billing, budgeting, and operational cost tracking.
7. Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement workflow enhancements.
Suggest and implement automation tools to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.
Use data insights to propose improvements that enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
8. Content Coordination & Creation Support (Newly Added)Plan and coordinate content creation activities with internal academic teams and external creators.
Review academic, training, and LMS content for quality, structure, and completeness.
Ensure timely development, formatting, and deployment of digital content (videos, worksheets, modules, presentations).
Maintain content repositories and ensure version control across all programs.
Collaborate with subject experts to develop or refine instructional materials.
Provide creative input for marketing, training, and product-related content when required.
Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
2-3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the EdTech sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with LMS platforms, CRM tools, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work in a fast-growing environment.
