Job Title: Manager Customer Support Operations (International Voice)

Job Location:

Bengaluru

Salary:

Manager: Up to 17 LPA (including variable pay)

NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Experience Required:

Manager: Minimum 8+ years post-qualification
Must have hands-on experience in International Customer Support/Service Desk(Voice) operations
Must be a Manager Operations on paper for at least 1+ years
Proven expertise in team management, SLA management, and client handling
Strong focus on NPS (Net Promoter Score) and service quality metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education: Graduate or above
