Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Operations Manager to take full ownership of the academy’s daily operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced, organized, and capable of managing the entire workflow without continuous supervision, ensuring smooth functioning across departments such as academics, administration, student management, and internal coordination.
This role suits someone who is responsible, mature, and looking for long-term stability in a reputed educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the academy, ensuring smooth workflow in all departments.

· Manage student interactions, admissions inquiries, counseling support, and parent communication.

· Coordinate class schedules, faculty requirements, academic activities, and student support services.

· Handle all administrative functions, including documentation, reporting, attendance, and compliance.

· Manage fee coordination, basic financial tracking, and administrative expenses.

· Supervise support staff, assign tasks, and ensure proper day-to-day functioning.

· Monitor overall academy discipline, cleanliness, and service standards.

· Plan and execute academic events, workshops, seminars, and examinations.

· Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and service quality.

· Represent the academy professionally and maintain a positive student and parent experience at all times.

Education & Qualifications

· Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Administration or related fields.

· Additional certification in Operations / Administration / Office Management is a plus.

Experience

· 5–6 years of experience in administration or operations, preferably in education / training institutes.

· Strong understanding of academic operations, student management, and office coordination.

Skills & Competencies

· Excellent organizational and operational management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for dealing with students, parents, and faculty.

· Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage the entire center without daily supervision.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, documentation, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.

· Strong multitasking ability and capability to handle pressure during peak academic periods.

· Problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality, discipline, and smooth execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
