Position Summary:

We are seeking a Project & Operations Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, operational execution, stakeholder engagement, and branch-level growth management.

This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to align teams across functions including Technology, Sales, HR, and Finance. The candidate will be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence, successful client delivery, team growth, and revenue-driven execution.

• Key Responsibilities:🔹 Project Management & DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of digital, AI, and software projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, and quality.
• Build detailed project roadmaps, workflows, and risk mitigation strategies using tools like Jira, Trello, or Zoho.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination with Design, Development, QA, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile / SDLC methodologies with sprint planning and reviews.
• 🔹 Client & Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct requirement workshops, milestone reviews, and client demos.
• Involve in stakeholder discussions, investor meetings, and corporate strategy sessions.
• Build trust and long-term relationships by ensuring transparency and value delivery.
• 🔹 Operations & Business GrowthManage branch-level operations in Hyderabad including HR coordination, recruitment support, and sales enablement.
• Maintain delivery dashboards, revenue trackers, and performance reports for leadership.
• Contribute to sales closures, investor pitches, client presentations, and corporate events.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations smoothly.
• 🔹 Team Leadership & CollaborationSet up and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, and Delivery.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and performance check-ins.
• Drive accountability and ensure alignment of team efforts with organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT Project Management, Delivery, or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Zoho, ClickUp).
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, client handling, and investor-facing interactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and revenue-linked targets.
• Desirable Skills:Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
• Prior experience in handling branch-level operations or business unit growth.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Automation, BI dashboards, or digital marketing tools.
• Experience with international client engagement is a plus.
