Job Title: Compliance/On-boarding Specialist (Healthcare Recruitment)
Experience: 3–5 Years Industry: US Healthcare Staffing / Recruitment Employment Type: Full-Time
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing and ensuring full regulatory and client compliance during the onboarding of healthcare professionals for US healthcare staffing. This role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance standards, credentialing requirements, and onboarding workflows to ensure timely and accurate placement of candidates while meeting federal, state, and client-specific regulations.
· Manage end-to-end compliance and onboarding for US healthcare professionals (nurses, allied health, physicians, etc.).
· Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations including Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and state-specific requirements.
· Review, verify, and validate all compliance documentation such as:
o Licenses and certifications
o Background checks and drug screening
o Immunizations and health records
o Employment verification and references
· Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, credentialing vendors, and clients to resolve compliance gaps efficiently.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/VMS systems.
· Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage renewals to ensure continuous compliance.
· Conduct internal audits and prepare reports on compliance status, risks, and deficiencies.
· Stay current with changes in US healthcare compliance regulations and client requirements.
· Support onboarding timelines to meet start-date commitments without compromising compliance quality.
· Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in US healthcare staffing compliance or onboarding.
· Strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance standards and credentialing processes.
· Experience working with ATS/VMS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
· Excellent attention to detail and document verification skills.
· Strong communication and coordination abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with travel nursing or allied healthcare staffing.
· Familiarity with Joint Commission audits and client-specific compliance requirements.
· Certification in healthcare compliance or credentialing is a plus.
