Senior Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end payroll using
ADP Workforce Now
, ensuring accurate and timely payroll completion.
Validate employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.
Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows.
Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.
Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
Recommend and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
4–7 years of payroll processing and payroll analysis experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with HRIS integrations and workflow automation.
Prior experience supporting payroll audits.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
