Senior Healthcare Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of healthcare roles, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, administrative staff, and other specialty positions.
  • Source active and passive candidates using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct screenings, evaluate candidate experience, and manage interview processes from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job requirements.
  • Negotiate offers, compensation, start dates, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare hiring standards.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
  • Develop strategies to reduce time-to-fill and improve overall hiring quality.
  • Foster strong candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 4–8 years of hands-on healthcare recruiting experience

    in staffing, hospitals, or healthcare agencies.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, JobDiva, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with US healthcare staffing.
  • Knowledge of credentialing processes and compliance standards (e.g., JCAHO).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present recruitment metrics.
