Experience:2+ Years in Healthcare Recruitment (US Market Focus)

Location: Noida, On-Site

Shift: Night Shifts (Aligned with US Business Hours)

Focus: End-to-end recruitment for US healthcare professionals.

• Sourcing Mastery: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source, screen, and secure qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, Techs, etc.).
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with US-based hiring managers to define needs and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
• Pipeline Builder: Develop and nurture robust talent pipelines, specializing in hard-to-fill positions.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to US healthcare industry regulations.
• Offer to Onboard: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful offer negotiation and smooth onboarding.

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, specifically for the US market.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare roles, licensing, and certifications.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—you're a relationship builder!
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced night shift environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a must.
