The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for healthcare staffing, identifying and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting Proficiency in Hiring practices and procedures Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work on-site in Noida Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
