We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for various client requirements in the US healthcare staffing sector. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment during night shifts.

Responsibilities:-

• Source and attract qualified healthcare candidates via multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate identification to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to create a talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and client standards.
• Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events as required.

Qualifications:-

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts flexibly and manage high-volume recruitment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
