Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2-5 years (can be adjusted) Industry: Information Technology / Staffing & Recruiting Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across various clients in the United States. A strong understanding of the US job market, visa classifications (especially H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.), and IT technologies is essential. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and project needs. Negotiate salary/rates, relocation, and other terms with candidates. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage the full recruitment life cycle including onboarding processes and background checks. Ensure compliance with company policies, and federal and state employment laws. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Develop relationships with candidates for long-term engagement and referrals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Knowledge of various IT technologies and terminologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.). Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.) and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Office Suite.
