💼 What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of

  US Healthcare/Clinical Recruitment

  experience
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing, VMS/MSP process
• Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and closing healthcare professionals
• Experience working with job boards like

  Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

  , etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment
