The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the staffing and recruitment ecosystem in the UK and Ireland, and a proven track record of managing and expanding strategic client relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders across UK & Ireland. Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of staffing solutions including contract, permanent, and temp-to-perm hires across a range of industries. Regional Expertise: Leverage deep market understanding of the UK & Ireland staffing regulations, compliance frameworks, and employment standards. Account Expansion: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts; support business development teams in strategic pursuits.
