Manager – Client Services & Delivery
to lead client relationships and talent delivery in the region.
Role Overview
The
Manager – Client Services & Delivery (UK & Ireland)
will be responsible for managing end-to-end staffing operations including client engagement, account management, service delivery, and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the staffing and recruitment ecosystem in the UK and Ireland, and a proven track record of managing and expanding strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders across UK & Ireland.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of staffing solutions including contract, permanent, and temp-to-perm hires across a range of industries.
- Regional Expertise: Leverage deep market understanding of the UK & Ireland staffing regulations, compliance frameworks, and employment standards.
- Account Expansion: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts; support business development teams in strategic pursuits.
- Recruitment Coordination: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure accurate sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates aligned to client expectations.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Regularly update clients and leadership teams on delivery performance, candidate pipeline, and fulfillment metrics.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee onboarding processes, ensure all placements are fully compliant with local employment laws, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in staffing/recruitment, with at least 3 years in a client-facing and delivery management role in the UK & Ireland market.
- Strong understanding of UK & Irish labor laws, compliance, and recruitment practices.
- Proven experience in onboarding and managing client relationships in the UK & Ireland region for a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
- Demonstrated ability to drive hiring outcomes across diverse verticals including IT, healthcare, professional services, and industrial sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and KPI-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings across the UK & Ireland.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- Experience with CRM and ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, JobAdder).
- Prior experience working in a global or regional staffing agency setup is highly desirable.
