Client Services & Business Development Manager Healthcare Staffing

You are looking for a Client Services & Business Development Manager to join the Healthcare Staffing team in Noida. As a dynamic and results-driven professional, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and onboarding new Direct or MSP clients for both contract and full-time staffing needs. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, managing the end-to-end onboarding process, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, as well as preparing and presenting proposals to prospective clients. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or business development within the healthcare staffing industry. A proven track record of managing and onboarding new clients, experience with both contract and full-time staffing models, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential requirements. Having experience in PRN, Locum Tenens, or International Nurse Recruitment for the USA healthcare market would be an added advantage.
