Customer Service Manager - US Healthcare Staffing

As a Client Services & Business Development Manager at our growing Healthcare Staffing team in Noida, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and onboarding new Direct or MSP clients for both contract and full-time staffing needs. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, managing the end-to-end onboarding process, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or business development in the healthcare staffing industry. A proven track record of managing and onboarding new clients, experience with both contract and full-time staffing models, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be key to your success in this position. If you have experience in PRN, Locum Tenens, or International Nurse Recruitment for the USA healthcare market, it would be considered an added advantage.
