What You’ll Do

• Hunt and connect with top healthcare talent across job boards, social media & professional networks.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate skills and match candidates with dream opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft winning recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment journey from outreach to onboarding.
• Keep ATS data clean, updated, and ready for action.
• Build long-term candidate relationships (because good recruiters build trust, not just pipelines).
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven experience in healthcare recruiting or similar.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, licenses and trends.
• Excellent communication, persuasion & people skills.
• Comfortable with night shifts and high-volume hiring.
• Skilled in ATS tools (HWL preferred), sourcing platforms and staying one step ahead.
• Detail-driven, target-focused, and full of positive energy!
