Senior Healthcare Recruiter

You will be joining Morph Enterprise LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to providing high-quality workforce and IT consulting services. As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, your role will involve: - Performing full cycle recruiting functions such as job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing, and presentation. - Identifying suitable candidates with the right skills to meet the requirements of US clients. - Regularly communicating with Account Managers to comprehend the job requirements thoroughly. - Ensuring quality sourcing and recruiting by understanding the requirements in depth. - Submitting candidate profiles promptly to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition. - Utilizing effective resourcing strategies like headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals. - Handling the full Life Cycle of Recruiting, including screening resumes, interviewing, offering extensions, and post-placement care. - Collaborating effectively with the team and maintaining and expanding the candidate database. Your qualifications should include: - At least 3 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter. - Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector. - Familiarity with Onboarding and related compliances. - Proficiency in navigating ATS tools and submitting candidates to client portals. - Strong understanding of non-conventional recruiting methods. Please note that this is not a remote position, and you will be required to work ONSITE at our Vadodara office. Salary will be determined based on mutual agreement after the interview evaluation. Appraisals and promotions will be solely based on your performance and skill development.,
